It's been a while! I can't believe I've been a DA member for 8 years, I am starting to feel old... anyway I have been back to south africa again, and we have another trip planned of course, and now i have a bank account set aside just for saving to go again... hoping to make it a yearly if not every second year thing

I got a few pics in africa, but only with my crappy casio point and shoot, nothing serious.. might invest in a DSLR by next time, might not.

In other news I am training for some big bike rides this year.. Kinglake 120k, New Zealand Taupo 160km then Great Vic Bike Ride here in Melbourne which could be about 500km (the day after NZ)

Kinda let my photography die, partly to blame is the casio Z1000 camera i bought. Image quality is not great at all despite it's claim of 10 megapixels, its really just an average camera. Canon have never let me down, might need to look at a new camera in a year or so.
